To promote the licensing and application of feed labels for green food production materials and to advance the high-quality development of China's green food aquaculture industry, this article summarizes and organizes the licensing system, significant characteristics, operational status, and development models of feed products for green food production materials. It analyzes the problems existing in the development of green production materials and explores new paths and models for the development of green food production materials under the new situation.

Green food production materials (referred to as green production materials) feed is an important material basis for ensuring the sustainable and healthy development of the green food aquaculture industry. The China Green Food Association (referred to as the Association) organizes the implementation of the licensing and promotion of green production materials feed products based on relevant regulations and standards such as the "Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China," "Agricultural Product Quality and Safety Law," "Management Measures for Green Food Labels," "Management Rules for the Use of Green Production Materials Certification Trademarks," and "Guidelines for the Use of Green Food Feed and Feed Additives" (NY/T471-2018), which plays a positive role in promoting the high-quality development of agricultural green.

In recent years, green production materials feed products have played a positive role in supporting the development of the green food industry and promoting the green development of the feed industry. However, the development of the green production materials feed industry has been significantly restricted due to shortages of feed raw materials, low utilization rates, and outdated standards, especially the severe shortage of green production materials feed raw materials, leading to slow development of the green food aquaculture industry. How to accelerate the development of green production materials feed is a common concern for feed enterprises and farmers. Innovating and promoting the licensing and application of green production materials feed is an important measure for the development of the green production materials feed industry under the new situation, and it also provides technical support for the certification of green food livestock, poultry, and aquatic products.

Basic concepts and licensing system of green production materials

Basic concepts and scope of licensing for green production materials

According to the "Management Measures for Green Production Materials Labels," green production materials refer to production inputs that have been licensed and registered by national legal departments and comply with the requirements of the green food usage guidelines, applicable to the production of green food. From the definition, it can be seen that the scope of the green production materials label usage license mainly includes fertilizers, pesticides, feed and feed additives, veterinary drugs, food additives, and other production inputs related to green food production. Among them, various feeds for livestock, poultry, and aquatic products, such as complete feeds, concentrate feeds, and feed additives, can be declared as green production materials.
