The company mainly researches, produces, and sells biological synthetic inputs for feed, microbial protein, feed microecology, and their metabolites. Since its establishment in 2022, the company has always kept up with the new fermentation technologies, biotechnology, and animal nutrition and health trends at home and abroad, adhering to the concept of "quality first, technological innovation", and focusing on the development of animal nutrition and health.
The company's R&D center covers an area of 500 square meters and has established an academician workstation. Its R&D team consists of many doctors and masters. Relying on the national-level animal nutrition laboratory, the R&D center has multiple functional areas, including a physical and chemical testing room, a microbiology testing room, a strain room, a molecular biology laboratory, a bioengineering fermentation room, and a post-extraction processing research room, and is equipped with a series of advanced testing equipment such as high-performance liquid chromatographs, atomic absorption spectrometers, fully automatic Kjeldahl nitrogen analyzers, and high-speed centrifuges. In addition, the R&D center also has pilot fermentation equipment, such as 50L, 200L, and 1000L fermentation systems, centrifuges, small membrane filtration systems, and spray drying towers, providing strong technical support for product continuous innovation.
The company's production base is located in Tongbai County, Henan Province, covering an area of 120 mu, with an annual production capacity of 10,000 tons of liquid fermented products and 40,000 tons of powder products. The base is equipped with advanced production equipment, including four fully automatic solid-state fermentation bed systems, six sets of fully automatic fermenter systems, and two 20,000-liter horizontal solid-state fermenter systems. All equipment uses the Siemens control system from Germany, and the production process is precisely monitored by the central control room to ensure the precise execution of each process and the stability of product quality. Wofengde Biotechnology adheres to the belief that "science and technology are the primary productive forces" and actively promotes technological innovation in green farming, grain reduction, and antibiotic-free farming.
