The company mainly researches, produces, and sells feed bio-synthetic inputs, microbial proteins, feed microecology, and their metabolic products. Since its establishment in 2022, Wofengde Biotechnology has consistently kept pace with new fermentation technologies, biotechnology, and animal nutrition health trends both domestically and internationally, adhering to the philosophy of "quality first, technological innovation," and focusing on the development of animal nutrition and health.
The company's R&D center covers an area of 500 square meters and has established an academician workstation. Its R&D team consists of several PhDs and Masters. Relying on a high-level animal nutrition laboratory, the R&D center is equipped with various functional areas, including a physicochemical testing room, a microbiological testing room, a strain room, a molecular biology laboratory, a bioengineering fermentation room, and a post-extraction processing research room, among others. It is also equipped with a series of advanced testing equipment, such as high-performance liquid chromatography, atomic absorption spectrophotometry, fully automatic Kjeldahl nitrogen analyzers, and high-speed centrifuges. In addition, the R&D center has pilot fermentation equipment, including fermentation systems of 50L, 200L, and 1000L, centrifuges, small membrane filtration systems, and spray drying towers, providing strong technical support for continuous innovation.
The company's production base is located in Nanyang City, Henan Province, covering an area of 120 acres, with an annual production capacity of 10,000 tons of liquid fermentation products and 40,000 tons of powdered products. The base is equipped with advanced production equipment, including four fully automatic solid fermentation bed systems, six sets of fully automatic fermentation tank systems, and two 20,000-liter horizontal solid fermentation tank systems. All equipment uses the German Siemens control system, and the production process is precisely monitored by a central control room to ensure the accurate execution of each process and the stability of product quality. Wofengde Biotechnology adheres to the belief that "technology is the primary productive force" and actively promotes technological innovation in green farming, grain reduction, and antibiotic-free farming.
The company has established close cooperative relationships with well-known domestic and foreign universities and research institutions, including the Feed Engineering Research Center of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, China Agricultural University, Taiyuan University of Technology, Henan Agricultural University, Nanjing Agricultural University, Sichuan Agricultural University, Jiangnan University, Ghent University in Belgium, and Wageningen University in the Netherlands.
