On July 1, 2022, the groundbreaking ceremony and workstation unveiling for the Academician Qiao Shiyan Biotechnology Industrial Park were held. The Tongbai County Talent Development Group was also unveiled, with Tongbai County Party Secretary Jia Songxiao presenting Academician Qiao Shiyan of the Chinese Academy of Engineering with an appointment letter to the Tongbai Talent Development Group. Professor Zeng Xiangfang represented the academician's team in signing an agreement with the Tongbai County People's Government regarding talent introduction.
